REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We have a strict no-refund policy. Because our products are handmade, we are unable to provide refunds and returns when orders are fulfilled as ordered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be fulfilled in error of BRana Beauti and be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all attachments (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and your order number

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
At BRana Beauti, we make sure to inspect all orders for quality prior to shipping. Therefore, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it is found that the item was shipped in good condition and damaged in the process of being delivered, you must create a claim with our shipping partners.
