Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
Returns are only accepted if an error was made on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product due to our mistake).
If you believe we made an error, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing:

Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Photos or videos sent through social media will not be accepted — all communication must be through email for verification and documentation purposes.
Returns
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your order number and invoice must accompany all returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll review the issue promptly and make it right.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
